I am the IT Geek who sits on a chair to code, and the Health-Conscious who runs on a treadmill to sweat. I used to be a lazy civil engineering college student who suddenly got hyped by my roommate. He was studying computer science. He asked for my help regarding some math problems with his code.

I opted to download an ebook to master the programming language my roommate was using after a long night. After 3 months of learning two programming languages, I tried applying for a job, and then with a drop of a miracle I got hired. I still managed to finish my degree though.

Since then, I've been striving to assist and motivate others to self-learn programming. Professionally, I've been working as a DevOps Evangelist and Guru from Start-up to Enterprise companies (BPO, Fin-Tech, Banking, etc.) to help them on their Digital Transformation Journey. The rest is history.

Through my laziness and depression struggles since college, I gained a lot of weight reaching more or less 116kg. After coping with depression amidst pandemic, I decided to buy a treadmill online, some weights, and after 10 months I lost 40kg. If my math is correct, that equates to "76kg".

I've been advising on weight loss and fitness since then, even if their job, like mine, requires them to sit all day. For the second time, the rest is history. My belief is that with grit and tenacity, we can achieve anything. By the way, part of the rest of both histories is me trying to write about it. So here I am!
